The i70M-7-BB control box is the universally applicable control unit for many different sewing drives:

• 13 outputs (8 magnetic / 5 pneumatic)
• 11 entrances
• Presser foot ventilation, thread cutter, thread wiper, locking function
• Stitch compaction, chain vacuum, shredder, waste extraction (stitch counted via photocell with air saving device)
• Needle cooling
• second thread tension, second stroke height with speed adjustment
• Photocell input
• internal / external synchronizer
• Full-color touch control panel (optional)
• 37-pin SUB-D connector for inputs and outputs
• Needle positions and sewing speeds can be read/influenced for external applications.
• Engine running signal
• LED sewing light connection
• Interface for data provision "Internet of Things"

Compatible engines:

• 400 watts, 500 watts, 600 watts, 750 watts, 850 watts
• Up to 8000 rpm maximum speed
• Overlock motors, direct drive with mounting plate for the respective manufacturer or universal flange
• Motors for flatlock or cover stitch
• High-speed sewing machines, triple feed machines, direct drive or base with V-belt
